Rental fees are for 3 hours of time. All our patio areas are covered except for Side patio. Due to our limited indoor capacity events will not be able to be moved indoors. Open bar and cash bar options are available. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, employer, or school official.
85 percent of your guests must arrive within ½ hour of scheduled time or Tia’s reserves the right to open some space to other customers. Due to board of health regulations, leftover food cannot be removed from the restaurant if they have been displayed 3 hours or more. There is a “cake fee” added to parties that bring in a cake. Tia’s is not responsible for the weather conditions on the patio. Payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club are accepted. No personal checks. Payment is due at the completion of your party. The following are added to the check: Tax: 7%, Suggested Gratuity: 18%. Confirmation: Rental fee is required to reserve the space; Full refund if cancelled within two weeks of scheduled party.
