We know you have questions. Here are are a few of our most frequently asked ones. If you need further clarification or want to book a party, please reach out.
How many people can you accommodate?
We host events from 30 to 500.
How far in advance should I book my event?
It is best to inquire as soon as you know the date of your event. Busy event periods get booked out in advance.
What if it rains?
Our patio areas are all covered except for the side patio. Due to our limited indoor capacity, events cannot be moved indoors. Tia’s is not responsible for weather conditions on the patio.
What is the duration of the rental fee?
Rental fees are for 3 hours.
What are the payment terms?
A rental fee is required to reserve the space. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks. Final payment is due at the end of the party. We do not have an ATM on-site.
Any additional fees we should know about?
Tax of 7% and suggested gratuity of 18% is added to the check.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if the event is cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled party
What if we are running late?
85% of your guests must arrive within 1/2 an hour of the event start time, or Tia’s reserves the right to open some space to other customers. Please call us if you anticipate being late.
Can we bring cake and Decorations?
Yes, we do allow people to bring decorations to make their event more festive. However, please communicate in advance as decorations need to be approved by our event manager. We apply a “cake fee” to cover the service of slicing and plating your cake for guests.
