Room Fee:
$125.00 - 50 guests or less
$200.00 - 51-100 guests
$250.00 - 101-175 guests
$500.00 - Entire bar patio (250 or less)
$1,000.00 - Bar patio / inside bar area (325 or less)
$1,500.00 - Entire restaurant / bar (550 or less)

** 85 percent of your guests must arrive within 1/2 hour of scheduled time or Tia's reserves the right to open some space to other customers.

** Day functions (in before 5pm) are based on 3 hours.
** Evening functions (in after 5pm) are based on 3 hours.

** Absolutely NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 is permitted in the bar patio after 4pm.

** Due to board of health regulations, left over food cannot be removed from the restaurant if they have been displayed 3 hours or more.

** There is a "cake fee" added to parties that bring in a cake.

Tia's is not responsible for the weather conditions on the patio. You must call by 11am on the day of your event to move your group to a covered area. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than one request.

Payment:
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club are accepted. No personal checks. Payment is due at the completion of your party.

The following are added to check:
Tax: 5 percent
Gratuity: 15 percent
Administration Fee: 3 percent

Special Requests:
Florists, entertainment, balloons, specialty drinks, miscellaneous decorations. (Priced accordingly)

Confirmation:
Room fee is required to reserve the space; Full refund if cancelled within two weeks of scheduled party.
